Dr. Paolo Narciso is a social entrepreneur and technologist dedicated to combating isolation through innovative, human-centered solutions. As Co-Founder of PeopleCare.ai, he develops AI-powered community healing platforms that connect patients with chronic and rare diseases, transforming healthcare from a transactional system into a supportive social ecosystem. 

During his tenure as Vice President at AARP Foundation, Paolo pioneered breakthrough programs using AI, VR, and blockchain to address senior poverty and social isolation, directly impacting thousands of older adults. He founded Core Immersive Labs, a nonprofit creating innovation opportunities in underserved communities where social disconnection often runs deepest.
