Ryan Elza
Ryan Elza is a national leader in innovation, technology, and social impact, with a strong focus on housing, health, and social care policy. He is the CEO of Stratovation Labs, a social innovation consulting firm whose mission is to partner with public and private sector changemakers to design, scale, and sustain evidence-based, human-centered solutions that bridge gaps across housing, health, and social care by integrating cutting-edge technologies, cross-sector collaboration, and data-driven strategies to advance equitable outcomes for communities. Ryan has an extensive background in the social determinants of health (SDOH), design thinking, civic engagement, and shared value creation. Josh is trained as a historian, earning his Master of Arts in Western American History and Public History from Arizona State University and his Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and French Literature from Wesleyan University.
